Oakley Organisational Services have delivered a range of courses aimed at the Care Home sector. These highly interactive programmes include a 2 day CQC Common Induction Standards Course (CIS) and a 1 day Customer Service for Care Homes.
The CIS programme has been developed in response to the disatisfaction expresed by a number of Care Home Managers in relation to the e-learning style of delivery, which fails to offer any opportunity for interaction.
These programmes can be delivered nationwide.
